Culture & Leadership: How To Lead The Change You Want To See
Whether you join us virtually or in-person for this interactive session, you’ll come away knowing something new about yourself.
Understanding your company culture has never been more important. Culture is what sets companies apart and allows for excellence to flourish. It is also what can cause catastrophes – from plane crashes and environmental disasters to plain old reputational damage. Normally, culture is challenged only after something goes wrong, but we know that addressing your culture head on not just minimizes your risk, but it is also what sets apart the good from the great.
In this session we will delve into what makes a good company culture around the areas that are important to you and your stakeholders. We will particularly examine the role of the leader and which specific actions have the greatest effect in shaping your culture. Our expertise comes from working in more than 85 countries around the world from large multinationals like Unilever, McDonald’s and The Coca Cola to startups and SMEs.
